Good times and positive energy… … … Simply bringing out the absolute best in each other… … every word so resonates with this part of the series 5.5, phase I chose 4 years back to work with entrepreneurs & founder led organizations to handhold business transformation.

A journey with a sense of purpose and a mission, to “Make a Difference” where it matters the most. To provide my enriching experience to organizations which need to scale up and evolve from founder led to professional entrepreneurial ventures and unlock their immense potential that they have.

Through the last 4 years, I have found a refreshed sense of purpose to my life … for years to come... ...

Establishing Los Aurigas (Meaning The charioteers - Saarthi!) with a though to navigate the journey of Evolution for individuals, corporates, families, friends, … !! A mission so naturally evolved and it has & will remain a very enriching part of my life journey…

This social impact has indeed be so fulfilling and touching lives with a wider audience who so desire it; while providing me every day, every moment wonderful opportunities to learn and grow in my life! It is a phase which keeps me on my toes, deep thinking, learning continuously, building new associations, teams, colleagues, family and friends, spreading wings across… with a sense of fulfilment, when being introduced as a ‘Business Guardian’, increasing my responsibility multi-fold to make the difference, and be playing the role of custodianship for the organisations that I associate with…

So beautifully being considered as a part of each of these organizations as a part of their own… it is overwhelming… Partnering with amazing entrepreneurs; each one unique in themselves… through their efforts, business acumen having built such high potential organizations,

Each one a visionary… voracious learners… and bringing the energy, that is so contagious!

As I evolve through this part of my life, intertwined with growing into the beautiful side of life, I look forward to continue this real work at the ground levels to help unlock this very potential; and am confident that a few years down the line, as these organizations beautifully transform from an adolescent organization to a adult ! the sense of delight in me will be unparalleled… and this journey will only grow and enrich mutually !!!

As I approach my big milestone, this Evolution is what will remain at the core of my “Being” to make a difference to everything I do… a resolution that will keep me so energized, every moment, every day.

In gratitude to this discovery of mine, stepping out of a predictable corporate world, to a world full of possibilities and appreciating every moment of my journey as I continue to drive through this ahead!
