In midst of the life’s endless demands, moments like these remind us of the immense value of mental well-being. It’s in these quiet pauses - where we recharge, reflect, and simply breathe - that we truly understand how vital it is to care for our minds. Just like this tranquil sea stretching out before me, a calm mind forms the foundation for everything else. Without it, even the most beautiful experiences in life can feel incomplete. This initial week of my trip is especially significant, as I’ve been grappling with the loss of four friends over the past 6 months – each from different walks of life, reminding me of life’s fragility.
