The amalgamation of 3 strong and independent words creates a statement of tremendous significance. When individually examined, these words hold the following meanings: Nurture: to care for and protect (someone or something) while they are growing; Organization: a group of people with a shared purpose; Culture: the beliefs, traditions, customs, and social conduct of a specific group of people or society. When combined, these words signify an organization’s capacity to foster behaviors that empower individuals to thrive and pursue their aspirations while simultaneously achieving a common objective. As articulated in a Harvard Business Review article: “Culture guides the discretionary behavior, and it picks up where the employee handbook leaves off.
